The Challenge
- Collects and owns relevant market intelligence on trends and competition.
- Define product positioning for the core and emerging segment in the European Region based upon deep understanding of the market trends, dynamics and opportunities.
Drive penetration of key applications. Derive a solid MGAP & MGPP for the key market segment.
- Develop, coordinate and implement the product growth strategy in cooperation with BU teams globally to drive penetration of key applications and markets.
- Own the portfolio management (simplification, rationalization and fulfillment) and TCO in European Region, lead product rationalization efforts to meet business growth objectives.
- Own global fulfillment and surety of supply in the specific product line by working together with sourcing, manufacture, supply chain and technology team.
Your Profile
- University degree of chemical or engineering
- 5+ year product and marketing experience
- Experience of working in a matrix environment effectively is a plus
- Excellent presentation & communication skills
- Deep knowledge of relevant products in the performance portfolio
