The Business Coordinator is responsible for running the day-to-day Business operations, ensuring a smooth continuity in business, under the supervision of the Business Manager. He/she will be the central point of contact for all internal and external communication for the business segment and will handle a variety of tasks dealing with a number of departments including amongst others, sales, logistics, technical marketing and accounting.
In this role you will manage the daily business and realize targets by taking (proactive) necessary actions and decisions on deliveries, based on: status order intake, (changes in) production volume, stock levels and market price developments. Next to that you regularly analyze trends with respect to pricing, margins, volumes with a view to meeting required budgets and maximize profit. You will participate in the development of business plans, customer plans and business reviews and handle questions and complaints from sales offices and customers. Another important task of this role is to prepare for and contribute to the Value Team and Sales & Operations Planning team. Also you will manage the non-standard material (price, stock and sales).
