Vattenfall is Europe’s fifth largest electricity generator and the largest producer of heat and operates in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Poland, the Benelux and the UK. Our strategy is to reduce emissions from power generation with a road map to achieve climate neutrality by 2050. Business Division Renewables is responsible for wind power and biomass. Investments in wind power is an important cornerstone to deliver our road map and we plan, build and own wind farms in six countries, onshore and offshore. Investment in biomass fuel is key to further reduce the emissions. We have about 300 employees. We are looking for a Project Manager Administration for our Business Unit Offshore Wind Projects. The position is located in Hamburg. Responsibilities Preparation, conduction and protocol of committee meetings Decision tracking Moderation of responsibility issues Stand-in for the project management Develop project manuals Methodical support Special tasks
Requirements Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration Several years of professional experience Good command of MS Office Fluent in English, written and spoken At least intermediate German language skills and willingness to expand them Capacity for teamwork Excellent communication skills Confident and friendly manner Proven organisational skills
