Within the SABIC HRM organization, the European Compensation & Benefits department is part of the Global C&B organization. With a team of 8 professionals the C&B department is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of C&B packages. Main focus area's are Pension, Health Plans, cross border mobility, salary policies, labor relations, tax, social security and HRIS. Currently the team is evaluating the policies and practices in the different business units and striving to harmonize compensation and benefits where possible and needed across Europe. The C&B Specialist will report to the C&B Leader in Europe.
